"Johnny and his team at the Johnny Diaz Group pulled off an outstanding job for us to land our dream home! My parents and I found the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. We had a .01% chances of getting it, because we were one of 12 offers. The seller had accepted the first offer and we were very disappointed we didn't get the chance to compete. Johnny with his "yes we can" attitude stayed in touch with the sellers agent the entire time just in case something was to happened with the current contract or financing fell through. He coached us through the "ups and downs" and as luck would have it the financing fell through on the first offer. Then he came with his negotiation skills. Johnny was able to negotiate with the selling agent and was always communicating with us on how to put our best foot forward. As it turns out, everything he did worked perfectly and we got the house!
